Material Ordering and Transferring Plan Development Based on 0-1 Planning Model

How to develop material ordering and transferring plans in advance ensure smooth production of the enterprise is a major problem faced by actual process. In this paper, we make reasonable assumptions combining supply transshipment data previous years establish supply-transshipment model based on 0-1 planning. Firstly, selected Supply demand ratio, large order error rate, rate as evaluation indexes, then established select top 50 from 402 suppliers. To next 24 weeks, firstly analyzed objectives constraints. A multi-objective planning it transformed into single-objective model.
